A special preliminary competition, that marked the partnership between Genoa Pesto World Championship and Identità Golose, one that was held Sunday, November 30 at Eataly on the occasion of Rome Food & Wine Festival.

Among the 10 competitors, the winner is Salvatore Corazza, who convinced the demanding jury  – composed among others by Paolo Marchi, creator and curator of Identità Golose, and by Chef Cesare Battisti –  with a flavored and well balanced Pesto, ready to the VI Genoa Pesto World Championship 2016.
