After the demonstration held by Palatifini Association, 10 competitors – from Africa, South America and some Italian regions – competed in the preparation of the Pesto.

Great enthusiasm and one winner, who will take part in the final of April 16, 2016 in Genoa.

It’s called Todjo Tossoukpe and comes from Togo. Congratulations to him and to all the participants!

The competition was held at the Cereals and Tubers Cluster Varvello 1888. The jury was composed by Sergio Di Paolo vice president of Palatifini, Franco Varvello President of Farine Varvello 1888 and Francesca Varvello nutritionist and scientific manager at Farine Varvello.
