Very good Pestos those prepared during the competition held last week at the Cooking School ZenAndCook in Genoa.

The school Students competed for the place at the world final of 16 April, preparing really top class Pestos, thanks to their “master” Mauro Canepa , former World Championship finalist . Manuela Fioriolli took first place, followed by Andrea Traverso and Enrica Monzani , in second and third place . The jury for the Association Palatifini was composed by Roberto Panizza and Mauro Cavallero .
