On Monday 5 December, at 8pm, the Palatifini Association invites members and supporters to “Stokke mon amour”, a special dinner based on stockfish, of course! The dinner at the restaurant  Il Genovese (via Galata 35 R, Genoa) is also an opportunity to gather and welcome the book “Stokke mon amour“, a smart guide to enjoy and discover stockfish dishes, with the patronage of Palatifini Association.
The menu for this special dinner is an excellent mix of traditional and modern recipe. The Genovese is a typical Genoese restaurant renowned for its higher quality of food. In its kitchen on Monday 5 there will be also be the contribution of Rosalba and Giorgio Migliori from the famous “Stoccaffisseria” (stockfish Shop) on piazza Scio, Genoa.
