The jury was made by Roberto Panizza president of Palatifini, Alex Molinari councilor and restaurateur in Chiavari, Francesco Bruzzo vice-president of the Economic Society of Chiavari, the entrepreneur Fabio Bongiorni and chef Enrico Tournier.
Pietro Bartalini will take part in the world final of 29 March 2014 in the Palazzo Ducale in Genoa. The competition was made possible thanks to the collaboration with the Economic Society of Chiavari organizing the event, involving artisans, traders and producers of agro excellence.
