Monday, March 14th at Palazzo della Borsa in Genoa, from 9 a. m. to 6 p. m. will take place the first Genoa International Meeting about the use of mortars and pestles in the history of food cultures
The meeting scientific and cultural goals, wich has a strong antropologic value, are to show how mortars and pestles represent the first tools in history to transform food and how feeding traditions are a sign of human brotherhood.
At the meeting will participate many expert from Europe and Mid-Eastern Countries that will also show the food preparation by mortar from their most ancient recipes.
