Yesterday February 25th, took place the Pesto Demo organized by Palatifini, in collaboration with Unitalsi for the initiative #Doniamocolore for Unitalsi associates.
Then, participants had the chance to try to prepare Pesto by mortar and also trofiette, thanks to the precious contribution of Pasta teachers from Sori.
It was a really pleasant evening and everyone was enthusiastic.
