Great participation and enthusiasm for the event that took place in Paris on June 1st and 2nd. During the event dedicated to the excellence of Liguria was in fact a preliminary competition that will give the opportunity to the winner, Chhor Houng TE, to participate in the eighth edition of the World Championship of Pesto Genovese at the Mortar to be held in 2020 in Genoa! The event that took place at the Purgatoire-54 Paradis was organized thanks to Alessandra Pierini (Rapepicerie), a Genoese who has lived in the French capital for years and where she opened a shop specialized in the sale of high quality Italian products.
