Crafts, cuisine and Ligurian culture have landed in Matera for Mirabilia, the annual meeting of the Chambers of Commerce, sites of UNESCO sites scheduled for 18 and 19 November.

The Chambers of Genoa and Riviere of Liguria (Imperia, La Spezia and Savona) presented the excellences of the Ligurian territory with various events, starting from the preparation of pesto with mortar live with the story of Gianni Arimondo’s world championship of Palatifini Association in front of 100 buyers from Italy as well as from many foreign countries, from Canada to Belarus, from China to Israel, from France to Japan, to 147 companies in the food and wine sector and 137 tourism companies, who have arranged to meet in Matera, which this year is the European capital of culture.

In addition to the food and wine event, a tour of Italy of taste with 13 chefs who told their territories through flavors (for Liguria, Liguria Gourmet chefs cooked lean cappon and white rabbit sauce), and the display of works of artistic craftsmanship, in the two days at Mirabilia altogether more than a thousand business meetings are planned.
