The “Olimpiadi dei mestieri” this year included 17 competitions and involved 150 students from 31 high schools that competed in the 3 days of competition at Salone Orientamenti – ABCD.
In the “food&beverage” section, there was a Pesto Competition valid for the World Championship and reserved for students of Ligurian hotelerie schools. It won the 1st place Simone Lucerna (IPSEOA Marco Polo), followed by Mattia Dieci (IPSSAR Casini La Spezia) and Giulia Ginocchio (Scuola Alberghiera Lavagna).
The jury was composed by Elisabetta Leoncini and Flaviano Schenone, for Palatifini Mauro Cavallero, Maurizio Valle and Federico Rescigno.
